SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
You can purchase your items online and we will ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on some orders. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you’ll see your item description, price and delivery timing. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order, for an additional fee. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order. Because we ship directly from our factories, and some factories are overseas, delivery times average 10-20 days from date of order.
SHIPPING FEES
Unless otherwise indicated, most items are shipped for a shipping fee. We do run FREE SHIPPING promotions on certain items. If you add a FREE SHIPPING item in a cart along with an item that does incur a shipping charge, you will not be charged shipping for the free shipping item.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
Customer has 60 days to return the item for a full refund. Please contact our Customer Support Team to request a refund by clicking on the “Customer Service” link on this page.
